An exam session is a business object like any other in Sentinel -- governed by the same permissions, and tracked by the same audit trail as everything else.
The same "History" tab exists on 27 object types, including the exam session.
No object left out of the audit
It's the core platform itself that writes the corresponding event on every business write -- so no object is ever "forgotten" by the audit, and there is no separate integration to maintain for exams.
